This course provides an overview of the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement and English Law Credit Support Annex (either 1995 or 2016 VM version). The key provisions and common amendments are discussed. The course is for credit officers, risk managers, client services, operations staff and anyone else who want to know what an ISDA and CSA are and why they are important in the OTC derivatives market.
