Derivatives Documentation Limited ("DDL") has a wealth of expertise in OTC derivatives and repo and securities lending legal documentation.

We were founded in 1996 to fill a shortage of ISDA Master Agreement negotiators for overstretched documentation teams. This shortage highlighted the need for effective ways to train new staff to fill this void in the market. From 1999 we developed training courses in the fields of OTC derivatives master agreement and collateral documentation as well as repo and securities lending legal documentation. We now offer these courses exclusively online.
